                 1st. Annual Stars & Stripes Appreciation Celebration

                                         Food Vendor Registration Form
                                Monday  June 29th  to  Sunday July 5th, 2009

Registration

  • Registration $225.00 - Food vendors, Electricity $25.00 per day added to registration
  fee's – must provide own extension cord . Limited spaces for electric.

  • Food Vendors -  Be Tastefully Simple.

  • Space  recommended size 12 x 24,   we will work with all vendors if you need more  
  space to accommodate your vending site,  the site will still be just $ 225.00 for the
  week - tables and tent coverings not provided, Food Vendor: $225.00 we will work
  with all vendors on site space.

  • Food Vendor will be responsible to pay  7% of sales  to the Mississippi State taxes.

  • Vendor responsible for Harrison County Health Dept. permit-copy must be displayed
  at event.

  • No spaces will be reserved until payment is received

  • Set up required rain or shine – no rain date

  • There will be no refunds on rental space(s)

  • Electricity is available on first registered first come served basis

  • Please include copy of Certificate of Insurance

  • Other general vendor information (requires different registration form)

  • We do not accept firearms of any kind.

The entry deadline is June 01, 2009. Your space cannot be guaranteed with late
registration.
